ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Hannah Ough,
I grew up as an active child; wanting to play games and sports often. I graduated from Lock Haven University (PA), with a degree in Recreation Management concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. With Therapeutic Recreation we use play as a form of therapy for children and adults alike. I relocated to FL and obtained my Physical Education Teachers Certification where I taught P.E. in Elementary School. In my classroom, not only did we use physical activity and fitness regularly, I incorporated skillsets from my degree in Therapeutic Recreation into the coursework.
After having my daughter, my family relocated to Moore County, NC where I became a stay at home mom. While being home with my children, I found that I incorporated physical activities and games into our daily living. I realized how much the girls and I enjoyed it. I want to share that joy with you and your families!
